Account and data deletion request

To request deactivation or deletion of your laboratory or courier account, email info@lablinkapp.org from the email or phone registered on the account, with your lab name and registered phone number.

1. We verify you own the account.
2. We deactivate the account right after verification and delete personal data we are not required to keep.
3. Medical and financial records we must retain for audit and health authorities may be kept.
