• The platform is for Ministry of Health–licensed laboratories and authorized staff working with Al-Zawraa Central Laboratory for Pathological Analyses.
• Accounts are opened after admin review; we may refuse or disable accounts that violate these terms or the law.
• Users are responsible for the accuracy of order and patient data and for keeping their credentials secret.
• Results published here are those approved by the central laboratory and do not replace a physician's advice.
• Automated prescription reading (OCR) is an aid only and requires user review and confirmation.
• Misusing or attacking the platform, or sharing patient data outside the medical purpose, is prohibited.
• Prices, fees and payment terms follow the agreement between the laboratory and management.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq.
